nrrtve is new media company. Our website is nrrtve.com and our contact email is hello@nrrtve.com.
When this policy says "we," "us," or "nrrtve," it refers to the nrrtve team responsible for operating this website and its associated content channels.
02 — What we collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our site.
Information you give us:
- Your name and email address if you fill out a contact or inquiry form (hosted on Tally.so)
- Any message or question you choose to send us
Information collected automatically:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The country and general region you're visiting from (not your precise location)
- Your browser type, device type, and operating system
- How you found our site (e.g. a search engine or social platform)
We do not collect your precise location, financial information, or any sensitive personal data.
03 — How we use it
We use the data we collect only to:
- Respond to messages and inquiries you send us
- Understand which content resonates so we can make more of it
- Improve the performance and experience of this website
- Diagnose technical problems if they arise
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, sell to third parties, or send unsolicited marketing emails.
04 — Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people engage with our site. Google Analytics places cookies on your device and sends anonymised usage data to Google's servers.
The data we receive through Google Analytics includes:

- General geographic location (country/region level)

- Traffic sources
We have enabled IP anonymisation in our Google Analytics configuration, so your full IP address is never stored.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.
Beyond analytics, this site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
05 — Third-party services
Our site integrates with the following third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data:

- Google Fonts — typography. Fonts are loaded from Google's servers; Google may log your IP address when serving them. Google Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
06 — Data retention
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted from our account.
Messages and inquiries submitted via our contact form are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your query. We do not archive contact form submissions indefinitely.
If you would like us to delete any data we hold about you, contact us at hello@nrrtve.com and we will process your request promptly.
07 — Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Request a portable copy of your data

We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises their privacy rights.
08 — Children's privacy
nrrtve is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at hello@nrrtve.com and we will delete it promptly.
09 — Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we handle your data, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify regular visitors.
Continued use of nrrtve.com after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
